If you want to submit a refund request, first go to your purchases when you are logged in and copy the transaction reference for the item you are seeking a refund on. Once copied, go to our support page and paste the ref. into the message field and write your reason for seeking a refund. Our team will review this and get back to you on the situtaiton.
Refunds requests are eligible within 30 days from the purchase date of an item. Contact our support team if you need any help or assistance.
If your item was rejected, we will message you with details for what it failed on, once you make the changes to the item, you can re-submit to your team to review.
To purchase an item on CodaMarket, first, search one of our categories and find the item you're looking for, once you've selected the item you'll come to the detail screen. Here you should see the buttons "purchase" or "add to cart". At this stage, you'll be able to follow our checkout flow and then once the payment has been received, be able to download the item from your account.
